Miho Tsumiki (つみきみほ), born April 13, 1971 as Miho Toyama (富山みほ), is a Japanese actress and former idol singer. She graduated from the Tokyo Metropolitan Yoyogi High School, which also groomed names like Takuya Kimura from SMAP and Hiro from SPEED. While in middle school, she won an acting audition in 1985 to play two characters in a film "Take It Easy" featuring Koji Kikkawa and Yuko Natori. Since then, she has starred in numerous films and dramas including "Hebi Ichigo" and "Umi wa Miteita". During her brief stint as a singer between 1987 and 1989, she released four singles and one self-titled album. Her most notable song is “Jidai yo Kaware”, which deals with teenage tribulations in a modern society. Her music style and boyish image were considered by the media atypical of an 80's Japanese idol.
