Members: Vo.わか(waka) Gt.ヒコ(hiko) Ba.みづき(mizuki) (ex-トウキョウブルー(tokyo blue)) Dr.蓮(ren) (ex-NIHILISTIC) Ex-members: Ba: Ka-e Ba: セラ (Thera) Dr. 麗 (Rei) デンジャー☆ギャング (now tagged as Danger☆Gang at their homepage) is an all female visual kei duo from Tokyo, consisting of わか [waka] (vocals) and ヒコ [hiko] (guitar). Their music is upbeat rock with background chanting and occasional growls from vocalist Waka. Their look matches their music with wild, colourful hairstyles and spectacular stage outfits. DANGER☆GANG formed in September 2002 by vocalist Waka, guitarist Hiko, drummer Rei, and support bassist Ka-e. They didn't start touring until the following year in January when Ka-e was made an official member of the band. Their first live performance was on January 15th at the Takadanobaba Area in Tokyo, but it wasn't until their live on March 26th that they released their first single 'Danger Gang no theme'. In June 2004, the girls performed a free live and the next month released their first mini-album 'CRASH'. They held 『CRASH A DIVE TOUR』 from September to October, performing in many different venues throughout Tokyo. However, in December of the same year, bassist Ka-e decided to leave the band. They performed one last live together with her on December 28th at the Urawa NARCISS. Thera joined the band in January 2005 to take Ka-e's position on bass, and with that came their second single in July along with several lives throughout the year. On New Year's Day 2006, DANGER☆GANG started off with a bang by releasing their second mini-album 'Doku Rock' and their famously dedicated fanbase kept growing and growing; a heavy tour schedule was then taken on board and the year ended with the release of their third single 'Retsu'. The following year In July, they released their fourth single and later, in mid-August, DANGER☆GANG performed at the Shikkoku no Symphony festival in the city of Saitama. The girls were able to bring an energetic show for what was their largest audience to date.
