Akihide

AKIHIDE (Born 佐藤彰秀 Sato Akihide) is japanese singer, songwriter and guitarist. He is in the band BREAKERZ. He was born in Tokyo on July 5th 1977. BREAKERZ was formed 2007 by a the singer known then as DAIGO☆STARDUST. AKIHIDE wrote many song for BREAKERZ like hEaVeN, BUNNY LOVE and 世界は踊る. AKIHIDE only wrote the music for hEaVeN and BUNNY LOVE with DAIGO writing the words. In 2013 BREAKERZ decided to take a break and each member was going to concentrate on his solo career. AKIHIDE was the first of the members to release a full length album, but DAIGO had already released two album before BREAKERZ, so in a way AKIHIDE was the first member to release an full length album. This album was Amber. 2013 Amber: The reason for the album's name was not out of the blue because AKIHIDE had giving it a great deal of thought, as he stated in an interview with musicJAPANplus. He said that the name was Amber because it started with an A like his name and it was his first solo album and A was the first letter of the alphabet. Also the stone Amber is the stone of happiness. In that same interview he said that one song called 星の王子さま (The Little Prince) was written 7 years ago when he was in his first band. Trivia: His blood type is O. He has three nicknames. The current one is Aki-sama, which the other members of BREAKERZ call him. The other two are Akimichirou, which he used when he wrote a song for KEY GOT CREW, and Akki was the nickname he had when he was working with Acid Black Cherry.
