We have had Ann Rabson since 1945 when she was born in New York. We have been blessed to have had Ann sing the Blues professionally since 1962 when Ann got her first guitar at the age of 17. During the 80's, Rabson as a part-time musician and full-time computer programmer, began to also study the piano. In '84 Ann and one of her guitar students, started a band called Saffire. 1989 Saffire signed on with Alligator Records as the first all acoustic band to sign with them. And to this date, she continues her solo act often singing/playing and recording with many other Blues and Folk artists. Read more on Last.fm.
