Apple Jelly

Coming from Lyon, on one hand, two brothers : Benn and Victor have been composing very creative music, half electro and rock while on the other hand two brothers : Sylvain and Nico has been developing a fascinating graphic universe mixing the straight Bauhaus art and the ironic pop art. Both of them decided to associate to form the Apple Jelly band. The Apple Jelly new album “Na Na Na Club” is really influenced by cinema of directors such as Sergio Leone, Robert Rodriguez, John Carpenter and George Romero movies. Their new songs talk about Zombies looking for love, a romantic Desperado revolution addict, or hungry consumers wandering in the city streets… For this album, Apple Jelly composed a new style of music, somewhere between Gorillaz, Daft Punk, Ennio Morricone and Blur. On stage, they are four musicians : Benn (lead vocals/ guitar/tambourine); Victor (vocals, bass guitar); Nico (keyboards/guitar) and Dav (drum) .
