Bad Nasty

BAD NASTY is a street punk band based in France and Luxembourg. The band started as a three piece in april 2001 with Seb on bass, Fredz (ex-IRONIX) on vocals and guitar, and Gaëtan on drums. The beginning of BAD NASTY was difficult because of the large distances between the band members. But despite all these problems we had our first show in September 2001 in Metz (France) with bands like USUAL SUSPECTS, BAD RIOT and COURT CIRCUIT. Some months later we were scheduled to do a tour in Germany with ROTTEN BOI!S and PESTPOCKEN. We practised a lot for many weeks to have a set that survived the road! After that Guillaume joined the band (ex-LES DERANGES) on drums and Gaëtan played the guitar again. The band stayed like this for a while but then Gaëtan left the band for some other musical interests. In February 2002 we were invited by the ROTTEN BOI!S to do a tour in Italy, the famous country of the spaghettis. After that the shows kept coming, especially in Germany. We've played with bands like LA FRACTION, ANTIDOTE, DISTURBANCE, SEKRESTAU, CHARGE 69, LES VALSEUZES, NON-KONFORM and so on,... After that, Guillaume left the band because of his job. He couldn't do practises, shows, tours,... any more. After a little gap, the band started again as a three piece and did show with bands like (REJECTED YOUTH, BACKSLIDE, CRAZY TIMES, CONFLICT, BACCHUS TEMPLE ADDICTS.) In November 2002, BAD NASTY was arnOS on drums (ex-OS), Fredz on guitar and vocals, Erik( ex-REJECTS & singer and guitar in DESTITUTION) on guitar and vocals, et Seb V-rol on bass. In march 2003 we did our first production on a french label named DYNAMITE RECORDS. A split EP with a japanese band named THE DICK SPIKIE. This record got a very good distribution and was sold out in one month. After this EP quite a few labels offered to do a record with us. During August 2003, the band did a European tour with the japanese band ORDER, crossing the Czech Republik, Germany, France, Switzerland, & Spain. The 06th September was the release of the vinyl split LP PESTPOCKEN/BAD NASTY. Final work from the collaboration from the labels : PESTPOCKEN RCD (Germany), S.O.R.
