Black Engine is a genetic manipulation of jazz, rock, dub, electronics and noise. Self generating interference from Roma, Lazio, Italy formed in July 2006. Refuses the genre, even the simple "genre" word. It doesn't need any reason to exist because of its engine essence. The meeting of four sonic navigators with a long experience. Four minds who, project after project, interfaced their creativity with different sound worlds every time, just following the path of research and evolution. During summer 2007, Black Engine features Mick Harris from Napalm Death and Scorn. The original lineup: Eraldo Bernocchi - treated guitars, electronics; Luca Mai - alto & baritone saxophone; Massimo Pupillo - bass guitar; Jacopo Battaglia - drums. http://www.black-engine.com Read more on Last.fm.
