While not always shining a light on the mirrorball, Blake seduces his listeners with a special blend of deep and funky house. A long time bassist and composer, Blake began producing electronic music at the age of 16. Years later, he has blossomed into one of House music's most promising producers. Drawing from a wide variety of musical styles and artists, Blake's greatest influences come not just from dance music but from singer-songwriters like Rufus Wainwright and Jeff Buckley. Fusing this style of songwriting with dance influences such as Kaskade, BT, and Jamiroquai, Blake's songs offer a booming beat to groove to on the dance floor, and melodies to hum on the way home. Blake has worked part-time for the past three years with Belgium's Image-Line software, the company behind the widely-popular FL Studio music software. In this time, he has released two original songs and one remix as demo songs shipped with the software.
