They have all been active members of the Liverpool music scene for some years covering a wide range of musical styles and are all most at home when writing music or on stage performing. Coffee And Cakes For Funerals' first self-titled EP was recorded in late 2011, and they aimed to capture a creative mix of Dr. Dre's neck breaking beats and dirty pocket bass along with Radiohead's introverted, artistic look on life. The combination of punchy drums, simple, heavy bass lines and sublime guitars with an unforgettable vocal performance means this record will be hard to put down.
