Connor Shaw

Connor Shaw was born and raised in Arizona. He plays guitar/keys/bass/drums and sings,Connor is self taught and plays even more instruments live.He has been in many bands (The Escape Artist, Conscious Collective, Dropper, Dementia and Stev Skye) all over and around planet earth.Dementia was his first band I saw in high-school. But he is mostly known for his strong voice, and intense acoustic songs with deep & moving lyrics. Connor plays many instruments and many styles of music, which shows in his wide range of influences.And the many songs you can stream on all sorts of sites on the internet. His first solo album release was Sep. 4th of 2009 on all major online retailers.He is rumored to be releasing a double disc album this summer(2012) Connor has performed with Authority Zero, Slightly Stoopid, HED PE, RX Bandits, The Phunk Junkeez, Zion I, KMK, Big B, RAC, and much more I'm not aware of. He also has recorded with Stev Skye (Motown, Inglesias, LA/Hollywood producer) And have seen him work on and off with Robert Rozich of EPSone (Fleetwood Mac, Santana, Marvin Gaye, Lynard Skynard, Bruce Springsteen, and lighting stage managment for Michael Jackson and the Super Bowl) Influences: Damien Rice,Yogananda, Bon Iver, Jack Johnson, sigur ros, iron & wine, Ray lamontagne, The Beatles, ATDI, RATM , God, Jesus Christ, BTBAM, owl city, nsn, Ax7, Buckethead, Omar Rodriguez, Bob Marley, Dave Matthews, Coldplay, Jimi Hendrix, Dimebag, The Doors, Marvin Gaye, Ray Charles, Bob Seger, Led Zepplin, 311, Gorillaz, Sublime, Steely Dan, Björk, Eric Clapton, The Cardigans, Portishead, Medeski Martin and Wood, Radiohead, Pink Floyd, going to California, peace, love and happiness and helping others.
