Influenced by the likes of The Flaming Lips, Beck and The Cure, their ‘John Coles Park EP’ was released last October to a flurry of blog and press spanning NME, Line Of Best Fit and This Is Fake DIY. Ever since Callum (bass, vocals) and Ewan (MPC, vocals, toys) recorded their first two songs in one of their bedrooms, they have embraced this DIY ethos, recording their tracks using simple recording equipment, homemade instruments and noisy toys - despite both working in separate professional recording studios.
