Official homepage: www.davesharman.com Dave Sharman is a critically acclaimed British guitar virtuoso. Alongside his guitar skills, Dave is also a singer / songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer. Although his main genre is rock, he often cuts across and blends genres. Dave's latest studio album 'Evolution Machine' featured him for the first time on vocals, alongside guitars and all instruments. The new material, which includes the epic, power ballad 'Lady' is available from iTunes and Dave Sharman's official store. Dave started his career as a self taught teenage guitar prodigy and was invited to play a session on the much coveted ‘BBC Radio 1 Friday Rock Show’, hosted by veteran rock DJ Tommy Vance and later hosted by Iron Maiden frontman Bruce Dickinson. Dave’s debut instrumental guitar album ‘1990’ was released to rave reviews on both sides of the Atlantic and across the globe. Dave's collaborations include those with Deep Purple forntman Ian Gillan who recruited Dave to lay down the guitar parts on a solo project. He was also invited by Sting and Police manager - Miles Copeland to complete the lineup on ‘The Night Of The Guitars II’ tour featuring eight of the world’s leading guitarists Dave has released two further studio albums 'Exit Within' and 'Here 'N' Now', with both albums seeing him move away from pure instrumental work to a more traditional song based approach, as well as two 'Best Of' compilations featuring 20 of his best loved tracks.
