DJ YUTAKA, is now a famous worldwide known DJ represents from Japan. The last parts of 1970, his debut at the club "Jespa" was the biggest hits for the soul music legendry and gave big influence to the Japanese music scene. After his great work, he decided to go to the United States, where the real soul music came from, to learn and to get more knowledge of its real soul and hip-hop culture by himself. His life and studies in Los Angeles has influenced to many young Japanese DJs, and he became one of the biggest people who brought the real Hip Hop into Japanese music scene. He is the only one Japanese who has been recognizing as real DJ and a hip hop artist within the American black music society. For proving its skills, he was chosen by Afrika Bambaataa to be one of a member of Universal Zulu Nation. Needless to say, he was the only one member who represents Asia, Japan. After its proof, he has been producing and remixing Hip Hop and R&B for not only Japanese artists but also international artists. Read more on Last.fm.
