Down in the Dumps was a 3 (sometimes 4) piece punk rock band from Long Island, New York. They drew influences from bands like The Replacements, Jawbreaker, Pinhead Gunpowder, and Explosivo. Since their formation in 2004, the band has toured extensively throughout the United States, playing hundreds of shows. With the release of their debut album "Dumps Luck", they gained much attention within the DIY punk scene around the country. Down in the Dumps broke up in the summer of 2008. Members went on to form/play in Jonesin', Get Bent, Iron Chic, Stolen Parts, Fresh Coats, Wax Phantom & Crow Bait. Read more on Last.fm.
