Dr. Music was a Toronto jazz group founded in 1969 by producer, arranger and performer Doug Riley. The band had a string of Top 20 hits in the 1970s, and released Try A Little Harder, Sun Goes By and Bedtime Story, as well as the later Dr. Music Circa 1984. The personnel of the band changed throughout its history, with Doug Riley remaining at the core of the group until his death in 2007 at the age of 62. Read more on Last.fm.
