Comprised of two women from Birmingham with the same name, Ekkah formed out of the remnants of Birmingham angst-rockers The Arcadian Kicks. After dusting off the grunge of their former band, Rebecca Wilson and Rebekah Pennington were left with a fresh, funk-inspired approach to songwriting.
