Palabres de Emanero: "Nací en Buenos Aires, viví en Buenos Aires y tuve la suerte de conocer lugares lindos como Uruguay gracias a que la parte paterna de mi sangre es de allá. Fui al Jardín de infantes, al primario y al secundario y pude terminarlo bien. A los 10 me regalaron mi primer skate y eso fue el disparador de todo lo que se ve acá. Patine desde entonces sin parar hasta que empecé a trabajar 9 horas diarias a los 19. A los 13 conocí el hip hop de la mano de los grupos que en ese momento sonaban. Tuve la suerte de enamorarme rápidamente del hip hop, motivo por el cual me intereso investigar y bajar de Internet todo lo relacionado con esta música y así aprender sobre grupos, pioneros, etc. A los 15 pensé: que bueno seria subirse a un escenario y hacer lo que hacen mis ídolos, pero para eso tenia que tener mis propios temas y para aprender a hacer temas tenia que empezar, así que: empecé. Tuve bandas de rap con mis amigos del barrio (EDR) pero duraron poco a tal extremo que el único que sigue haciendo rap hoy en dia es mi gran amigo León (www.myspace.com/hiphopleon). Entonces empecé a tocar solo y a hacer mis temas solistas, y ahí el primer problema: necesitaba instrumentales y como nadie regalaba instrumentales y no había plata para pagarlas: empecé a hacerlas, nadie nace sabiendo, pero como tenia algunos conceptos musicales muy básicos pude empezar (fruityloops 3.6). Después de unos años las cosas se van puliendo y además de tener letras y bases un poco mas elaboradas mis ganas estaban multiplicadas. Un día me pregunte porque no grabar las 5 canciones que ya tenia en un cd, y eso fue lo que hice: fui a comprar 20 cds vírgenes, imprimí unas tapitas y titule ese rejunte de temas como "Mi Primer Maqueta". Después de varios toques y de algunos logros interesantes (Compartir escenario con Tiro de Gracia) apareció el sello independiente Sigla Music el cual se intereso en mi música, así como también en mi seriedad y mi constancia. Hubo una propuesta de disco y empecé a grabar lo que después titule como "Bienvenidos a mi mundo" mi primer Elepe. Tengo que destacar el apoyo incondicional que me brindo siempre Sismo Jeans a lo largo de estos cortos pero productivos años, sin ellos nada hubiera sido lo mismo. Agradezco a mi familia por siempre confiar en esto." I went to kindergarten , went to primary and primary school and managed to finish them well. At the age of 10 I got given my first skateboard and that was the spark that ignited everything you see here now. I skated since non stop until I started working 9 hours daily at the age of 19. At 13 I discovered hip hop from the hands of groups which were around at the time. I rapidly caught the bug of hip hop, reason why I had the interest to discover everything I possibly could in relation to that music to learn about groups, pioneers, etc. At 15 I thought 'how cool it'd be to be up on stage doing what my idols do, but for that I needed my own material and to have my own material I needed to start, so I did. I was in rap groups with friends from my neighbourhood (EDR) but it was so short lived that the only one left who still raps is my friend Leon www.myspace.com/hiphopleon. So I started playing solo and doing my own solo stuff and there I had my first problem: I needed instrumentals and because nobody gave you instrumentals and there was no money to pay for them, I started making them, nobody is born knowing, but because I had basic musical knowledge I managed to do it. After a few years, things started coming together and my desire was multiplied. One day I asked myself why not record the 5 songs I already have on CD, and that's what I did: bought 20 blank CD's, printed some artwork and entitled the bunch of tracks as "Mi Primer Maqueta". After a few touches and interesting achievements (sharing a stage with Tiro de Gracia) the independent label Sigla Music appeared and became interested in my music as well as my consistency and dedication. There was an offer for an album and I started recording what I later titled 'Bienvenidos a mi mundo', my first LP. I have to give a shout out to the unconditional support Sismo Jeans always gave me during these short but productive years, without them nothing would be the same.
