Fate Worse Than Death is an American Mochcore band from Haverhill, Massachusetts. Started in 2008, FWTD is aggressive, punishing, and unrelenting. Breakdowns, two-steps, and mosh anthems punctuated by frustrated, enraged, and anguish-laden vocals. The band has always stated that their music is intended to be a 100% externalization of negativity and misplaced rage; a cathartic outlet for the troubled and downtrodden who need a way to get it out. Stylistically similar to The Acacia Strain, Emmure, Recon, Bury Your Dead, and On Broken Wings, Fate Worse Than Death is an independent group with 2 full length releases.
