Finlay

There are multiple artists with this name: 1) Originally from Houston, Texas, Paige Finlay (performing as FINLAY) spent the last seven years studying entertainment/music production in Southern California, where her love for pop music exploded, building life-long friendships and relationships in the Music Industry. Her energetic sound, vibrant lyrics and stage presence make her one of 2017's emerging young artists. 2) Finlay is a five piece indie rock band based in East London, England. Finlay was formed in 1996 by school friends Adam Straw, Anamik Saha and Christopher Allison. Lorna Crabbe joined in August 1997 (two weeks before their first gig) and Giles Littleford three years later. They released a single and an EP on their own Growl Wow Records before signing with British independent label Fortuna POP! who have released their two full length albums to much critical acclaim. Kerrang! called their debut a "Ragged and Wonderful sliver of a debut", while UNCUT magazine described Finlay's sound as "heroic and inspired pop music tuned in from an unearthly frequency".
