Forward Area is a four member Social-Nationalist Street Punk band from the United States (Florida) which promotes Strasserite political views, as opposed to Hitlerism. ERIK - Vocals MIKE - Guitar DAMIEN - Bass COREY - Drums Spitting in the face of the contemporary politically-correct/fashion-core “punk” scene since 2002, while spearheading the racial punk revival, has without a doubt earned Forward Area the appropriate label as the “Most Hated Band in Punk”. When the band formed they originally played apolitical Hardcore Punk music, but as they got a taste of just exactly how pathetic the “scene” had become they quickly realized the importance of bringing their political views into their music. By 2003 they had incorporated their National Socialist beliefs into their lyrical content and their sound also started to reflect more of their Streetpunk musical influences, though their early Hardcore influences are still prevalent. Today Forward Area remains a force to be reckoned with in the American punk scene and have acquired a loyal and dedicated following among many like-minded and disenfranchised punks world-wide.
