Handshakes And Highfives is six-piece band from Granbury (Ft. Worth), Texas. Dennis Norman (lead guitar) Greg Joyner (vocals) Zach Filler (synth/vocals) Jose Escobar (bass) Kārlis Indrišonoks (drums) Dustin Womack (guitar/programming) They have inked a deal with independent Standby Records for a spring 2009 release. Recording to start in February 2009 with producer Geoff Rockwell (Forever the Sickest Kids, School Boy Humor). Formed a little over a year ago the band has already started to create a huge buzz garnering over 6.5 million plays on Myspace and playing dates with The Medic Droid, NeverShoutNever!, and Every Bridge Burned.
