There are three artists under this name. 1. A hardcore band from Pennsylvania. 2. Project of multi-instrumentalist Will Epstein, classmate and collaborator of Nicolas Jaar, beginning in 2013. Could be called experimental electronica with a psychedelic mindset and jazz and minimalist influences. Released his debut EP "The Beautiful Moon" on Nico's Other People (http://other-people.net/) in October 2013. 3. Alt-Country / Rock band from the Bay Area, fronted by Neal Sharma (also of the hardcore band Ghostlimb). Released one self-titled album on Vitriol Records in 2014. Plays a style reminiscent of late 80s / early 90s guitar-fuzz, pedal-worship alternative rock, with a heavy, rollicking country influence. 4. Not to be confused with High Waters (with plural s), a rock band from Ottawa, Canada Read more on Last.fm.
