Hope Drone is an atmospheric post-black metal band from Brisbane, Australia. The band formed in 2011 and have since released one single, "From Mimas to Phoebe" (in 2012), as well as a self-titled EP in 2013. Both releases can be downloaded for free(/name your price) on Bandcamp. They released their debut full-length "Cloak of Ash" on July 24th, 2015 through Relapse Records. Their music will likely appeal to fans of bands along the lines of The Great Old Ones, Fen, Wolves in the Throne Room, Altar of Plagues, Encircling Sea, Vattnet Viskar, and Addaura.
