Horace Pinker has played over 800 hundred shows in more than 18 countries, including the 1995 Dynamo Festival in Holland, 1996 Innrock Festival in Austria and the Popkomm festival in Germany, plus the 2002 Groez Rock Festival in Belgium. Since their formation in Tempe, Arizona in 1991 they have toured North America with Agent Orange, Jawbreaker, All Systems Go and have shared the stage with the likes of Bad Religion, Green Day, Face To Face, Blink 182, The Offspring, Jimmy Eat World, At the Drive-In, Fugazi, NOFX, and Rise Against (just to name a few). They have appeared on over 30 compilations around the world, 12 EP's (including a split with Face To Face and a EP on Fat Wreck Chords), plus the top-selling DVD video compilations Cinema Beer Nuts (Hopeless) and Punk Broadcast System (Coldfront). They have also appeared on television shows such as "Homicide: Life on the Streets" (NBC), "Orleans" (CBS) and "Party of Five" (FOX). They have toured the world relentlessly for the releases of Power Tools (Earwax/Justice), Burn Tempe To The Ground (Onefoot), Pop Culture Failure (Jump Up!/Victory). Shortly before the release of the record, bass player Chris Bauermeister (formerly of Jawbreaker) joined the band. Bauermeister's role in one of punk's legendary bands created a flood of interest, including features in Maximum RocknRoll and Punk Planet. Later that year, Horace Pinker released the CDEP Copper Regret (Coldfront). After a North American tour and numerous European tours the CDEP Red-Eyed Regular (OffTime/Cargo) was released in 2003 which featured alternate versions of songs from their upcoming full length, Texas One Ten, and a live recording of "Bryan's Song" from the 2002 Groez Rock Festival in Belgium. HP will circle the Globe again (including Europe and South America) in support of their new record Texas One Ten on their new label, THICK Records. Texas One Ten (Thick) is a perpetual road trip that started in Southern California and culminates here and now. A defining album, 12 tracks of gritty, street smart punk rock from a band who's been there from the beginning. Outlasting many of their contemporaries by being about the music and message, HP seem to have reached enlightenment. This new record recorded with Mass Giorgini (Screeching Weasel, Rise Against, The Methadones) at Sonic Iguana studios, is a superlative effort relentless in its pursuit of volume, dynamics and intensity.
