Jesse Frederick is a film and television composer best known for writing the themes to television shows such as Perfect Strangers, Full House, Family Matters, and Step By Step. In 1971, Frederick recorded a self-titled debut for Albert Grossman's Bearsville Records. In the 1980s, Frederick had found his way into the world of TV theme music, composing a number of themes with writing partner Bennett Salvay. In 2005, Detroit band The Pop Project released an EP entitled 'TGIF', featuring licensed cover versions of all four of Frederick's most popular TV themes. Read more on Last.fm.
