Tetsuya Kakihara (柿原徹也, Kakihara Tetsuya, born December 24, 1982 in Düsseldorf, Germany) is a seiyū who is affiliated with 81 Produce (junior). He is the only Japanese person to voice a device in Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha A's, with the German-speaking devices Lævateinn and Graf Eisen.
