Keys Of Creation is a reggae band from Samoa. The founder and lead singer Jacob “Iakopo” Jones was born in 1980 in Fountain Valley California, then adopted and raised by a family in Upolu, Samoa. Growing up living the Samoan culture, he became fluent in the language which you can hear in some of the music. The 26 year old wrote and produced the entire demo album which gave the radio hit songs “Let Your Light Shine” and got him signed ironically to 1980 Entertainment. The upcoming album features the catchy “Age Of Kali” as well as the feel good love vibe “Love Jah” which reminds us of sitting on the beach listening to Gregory Issacs “Night Nurse”. The Keys Of Creation are currently recording the full debut album and rehearsing for their upcoming summer festival shows. Look for them on tour with TRIBAL SEEDS, Ini Kamoze, Chazar’e and many others. - 1980 Entertainment Read more on Last.fm.
