Living With Eating Disorders existed between 2001 and 2005, releasing several highly praised demos of dark electronic music before renaming themselves Colt in an attempt to move away from the controversy surrounding the name. Towards the end of their time as Living With Eating Disorders the band caught the attention of renowned producer John Fryer (Depeche Mode, Cocteau Twins and many more), who produced their debut and only EP, entitled 'White Like Snow', on his own record label Something To Listen To. The band's final performance in 2005 was the ground-breaking gallery event, Parliament Of Monsters; a multi-media exhibition of live performance, alongside photography, film and sculpture, inspired by their music.
