There are two groups using the name M&O. 1. Chicago based but Providence, RI formed alt-soul duo M&O (previously known as Milo & Otis) have released two albums, The Joy (2012) and Almost Us (2014). The duo consists of Jamila Woods, vocals/guitar (M) and Owen Hill, bass/keys/producer (O). 2. Ten years ago in 2012, M and O held the first finished copy of their debut record in their hands, not knowing what an important impact it would have on their lives. It was titled "The Diary Of A Dying Society..." and it was published in April 2002 under the name Boondock Saints. The music they recorded would later evolve into the band Serenity Trace. To celebrate this ten year anniversary, however, M and O have created a six-track record, with re-recordings of four songs from "The Diary Of A Dying Society..." and two tracks they made after it, but never released. Is this the start of something good, or the end of an era? Only time will tell... Read more on Last.fm.
