"The Shuffle" is a dance style original dated from the late '80's, originated in Melbourne Australia. During the '90's it continued there but untill now it wasn't known in Europe or other parts of the world. Thanks to jumpstyle, which was very popular here last year, now comes this new type of dance, which is also kinda related to the jump. The music of the shuffle started with house and acid house in the '80's and with trance coming up in the '90's, it got influenced by that. Now in 2007 it's a big mix of hard dance, hardstyle, jumpstyle, hard house, breakbeat and drum and bass. This is basically what it's all about. Read more on Last.fm.
