Midasuno (2000 - 2008) Midasuno (pronounced MY-DAS-WHO-NO) is an alternative rock band formed in Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales, in late 2000. The band's debut single 'The Art of Fear' was released in 2002 on Cascade, followed a year later by the six-song EP 'When Bulls Play God', released through Lockjaw Records. The band toured extensively across the UK, playing alongside Lostprophets, Funeral For A Friend, A Perfect Circle, The Misfits and many others. However, label troubles and line-up changes conspired to prevent the band releasing a follow-up until summer 2006, when the five-song 'Til Death Do Us Party' EP (on Sugar Shack Records) saw Midasuno back in the press and back on the road (although technically they never came off the road). The full-length debut album, titled 'Songs in the Key of F**k', is slated for release in early 2007.
