Misfilter is two-piece electronic music group consisting of vocalist and songwriter Hadley Poole and producer/writer Jon Gosier and sometimes featuring a revolving door of musicians including guitarist’s James Staubes, Ira Love and Sean Paul. Nicknamed ‘the breakbeat band’ for their bias towards trip-hop and drum and bass, the group are known for their genre bending music and thought provoking lyrics. System Recordings licensed their single “Want It All” for DJ Baby Anne’s mix CD ASSAULT & BATTERY. The same single was released that in 2005 by Sinister Recordings and has been remixed by various DJs. Since then Hadley and Chord have moved on to work on various solo projects.
