Snatch was Patti Palladin and Judy Nylon, two Americans who moved to the UK in 1974. They recorded a number of demo's at Patti's flat in 1976 two of which IRT and Stanley were released as as a single 6 months later in February 1977. Another single All I Want narrowly missed the upper reaches of the charts in March 1978. A final single Shopping For Clothes surfaced in April 1980. In between Patti featured on Chris Spedding's Hurt (1977) and The Electric Chairs' Things Your Mother Never Told You. (1979) After Snatch Patti did a lot of collaborative work with other artists working with among others as Johnny Thunders and even The Flying Lizards on their Fourth Wall album of 1981 where she wrote the lyrics and sang on 5 tracks before becoming a gothic chanteuse notable on the Batcave scene of the early '80's. Patti still writes and performs to this day. Read more on Last.fm. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
