Raise Spirit was founded by Gergő Varga and Richárd Gödöllei in the spring of 2012. They went to the same school, but only met during a party which was hosted by Gergő. They were both into the same kind of music, so they became friend very quickly. Richárd was more experienced in DJing, while Gergő had 6 years of experience in producing, although in a very different genre. After one year, they decided to team up in April 2012 and started producing and had bookings as Raise Spirit. Shortly after, they finished their first song called "Time".Some months later they joined a DJ contest hosted by one of the biggest radios in Hungary, where they qualified to the Top10. This gave their fanbase a huge boost and they received several bookings across the country. In the beginning of 2013, another member, called Roland Kasza, joined the crew and thus they became a trio. After this, they made a song called "Revolution", which was featured on the well-known Liquicity youtube channel. Their goal is to create quality drum&bass music and making it popular in their country. Read more on Last.fm.
