Red Seas Fire is a Technical Metal band formed in Bristol, UK . Formed in 2007 by accomplished guitarist Peter "PeteyG" Graves , the band soon forged a full line-up, adding Robin Adams (Vocals), Adam "Nolly" Getgood (lead guitar), Leo Dorsz (Bass) and Sam Gates (Drums). In 2011, Red Seas Fire's debut self-titled was released for free download from their official website. In 2012, Adam "Nolly" Getgood and Sam Gates both left the band; Nolly had joined Periphery as their full-time bassist and so was not able to contribute to the band any further. Instead of finding a new lead guitarist to replace him, they continued on as a four piece band, with Peter performing all guitar duties in the band. A new drummer was found later that year in Jake Fogarty . The band are currently writing and recording a series of 3 EPs, which will be eventually grouped together in the form of a full album titled "Mise en Scene". Their first EP, "Exposition", was released in April 2013 and their second EP, "Confrontation", will be released on 7th April 2014. Shortly before the recording of "Confrontation", long time bassist Leo Dorsz left the band; his position remains vacant. facebook | website | twitter | youtube Contact Info: theband@redseasfire.co.uk Bookings: Submissions@fatalitybookings.co.uk "Red Seas Fire is a group of accomplished and open-minded musicians from across the south of England and a part of the New Wave of British Progressive Metal.
