Joliet, Illinois southern rock. When classic country twang meets a tube amp. The Righteous Hillbillies consist of four all-original, story-filled', bottle-bangin', foot-stompin', rowdy, tattooed, ax-slingin' hillbilly gentlemen who have made Johnny Cash and Blues Rock their ideology. The goal has always been to set the stage on fire wherever and whenever we play. What drives us is the passion, the feel . . . the crowd, the noise and the hum that’s on stage when you light it up. Imagine Johnny Cash with a Les Paul and a double stack of Marshalls. We know the stages we play; everyone feels like we’ve all been up there before even if it’s our first time there. We write all of our own material and play it hard and fast with every ounce of passion and experience we can muster. Righteous, indeed.
