The group spit shortly after and Rob I.E. took a break from the music scene. Only to return with a bigger impact. Playing various venues across N.Y., including, the headline act for his genre at the Utica Music Fest '09. and again in 2011. He was also the featured act at the Shrine in Harlem N.Y. and opened with acts such as Keith Murray in Manhattan. also received recognition from "Alwayz Therro" magazine who featured Rob I.E. in their "Rated Next" column. His first solo mixture "Weight Before the Harvest", which was hosted by its Bizkit, came out in July 2010. The entire tape was recorded on the spot without a single song being written down, and he managed to create and track each song in less than 9 hours. The mixtape consisted of 14 tracks.
