A Dutch pop band active in the years 1980 till 1989. They were discovered by Dutch singer Angela Groothuizen from the female group Dolly Dots in 1983. She introduced them to Ruud Mulder from Spargo who became their producer. Their first single Hot Summernight made it to the Dutch tipparade and it was succeeded by their biggest hit I Save The Day (a happy tune with a serious underlining - cold war) which scored a #3 in the Dutch top 40 and reached #6 in Belgium, the song also reached the Italian and Spanish hitparades. The following single was Make Me Cry which reached a #7 as did the debutalbum Time. Because all off the succes in the low countries they won a Silver Harp (a Dutch music award) in 1984. Their second album Oh...Not Again was released 4 months later and the first single One Days Enough became a modest succes.Make Me Smile and So I Say also came from their second album and both reached the lower regions of the Top 40. From 1986 the speed of which singles were released was decreased and it took till 1988 when they had a small succes with Love Cat, the track was produced by Henk Temming and was to be their last hit. Front singer of the band Erik van der Hoff continues a solo career as Roberto Jacketti and he scores a hit with a cover from an old The Hunters hit The Russian Spy And I. He decides that his future does not lie in music and pursuis a career as a tv host. He nowadays is a popular host of Dutch TV programs as SamenWonen en Het Blok. Read more on Last.fm.
