From the São Paris website: LETICIA MAURA is brazilian from São Paulo, writer, composer and singer. Arrived from Brazil in the beginning of the 90’s, she established herself in Paris. In 94, she performed several acoustic concerts, singing her songs and revealing her musical world inspired by the literature. In 99, she recorded her first single, in self-production, called “Café Um” (Coffee One). Two years later, it was the turn of “Café Dois” (Coffee Two), also a self-production. In the last few years, Leticia Maura chose to be far from the scene, investigating new forms of musical expressions. THOMAS FERRIERE is French. In the beginning of the 90’s, he produced hip-hop groups in the suburbs of Paris. In 98, he collaborated in the album “Tom and Joyce”, by Yellow. In this same label, he participated in the project “Bossa Très Jazz I” with the group “Limbo Experience” with the single “Illusion”. This track was remixed by Rollercone in the album”More Bossa 2003”. “Deepest Seas” is he title of his music in the compilation “Bossa Très Jazz II” always with Limbo Experience.. Thomas and Leticia met in 2001, in the House of the Radio, in Paris, where she used to work as journalist and him, as sound engineer.
