Scarlet Room

Scarlet Room is a Seattle, WA, USA band formed around Aleksandra and Eloise, and two boys, Robert and Kris.The foursome merges masculine and feminine energy, bringing forth sultry vocals with colorful lyrics, heart pumping rhythms, and a unique dance between classical piano and distorted guitar. Together, Scarlet Room generates their evocative sound- drama rock. The play between delicate and rough and soft and heavy can be witnessed in each member of Scarlet Room. From Aleksandra's most tender melody to her thrashing of the stage, and from Eloise's muscular drumming to her most compassionate lyric. Robert and Kris deliver their own brand of explosive stage energy, while playing chords that are melodically rich and intertwined with the piano. The message found in Scarlet Room also plays on two extremes, exploring all aspects of the human struggle, using themselves as a guide. Their message urges people to step out of their comfort zone and pay attention to the details surrounding them, both the beauty of life and the destruction that threatens it. This dynamic group was first formed when best friends, Aleksandra (vocals/piano) and Eloise (lyrics/drums) met in high school. One day Aleksandra read a poem written by Eloise and was so melodically inspired by the words that she wrote their first song. This established what would become their firmly rooted songwriting relationship. From that point on, the girls established their group with the addition of Kris and Robert.
