Sissy & The Blisters were a four-piece garage rock band from London, United Kingdom. Formed in 2009, Sissy & The Blisters have taken part in several solo UK tours as well as successful tours supporting bands such as, The Duke Spirit, Cage The Elephant and Dinosaur Pile-Up. They also made the lineup of Latitude festival in July 2012. Sound Influx music blog featured the Let Her Go EP in their top EP's of 2011, and the 2012 single Killing Time proved just as successful. Sissy & The Blisters are strongly influenced by artists like New York City Garage-Psychobilly band The Cramps It was announced over Facebook by the band themselves that the lead singer had mysteriously departed and so the debut album will never see the light of day.
