FUCK RACISM, FUCK XENOPHOBIA, WE SHOW LOVE FOR THE ONES WHO RESPECT US… end of the message… BIOGRAPHY: S.Y.C was born on August 2004, when Diogo (vocals) decided to talk with Bafo (Drums) to make a simple rehearsal with Bruno (Guitar). The idea was just to play for fun, to have some of the old hardcore afternoons, but when those three guys played together, the simple rehearsal turned into a real project, now named “Steal Your Crown”… One more rehearsal was marked and S.Y.C gained one more member, Nuno (Bass), he joined the band and gave the final touch to the real beginning of SYC history. 4 songs were made and recorded as small demo just to show the strength of their connection, and it’s called “Two Sides Connection”. That’s because the band is in fact a connection of two sides, North side(Bruno and Diogo) and South side(Bafo and Nuno). Played some shows with some of the great bands in Portugal and some european too…and it was time to take another step in the band and add a 2nd guitar, so… Camisas(69Balls) joined the fight, with his entrance the lineup… In the beginning of the year 2007, The band changed formation in consequence of two member loses (Nuno and Camisas), FREDDY joined the band, taking the place of Nuno (bass), and there was no need of getting a second guitar.
