Syncopation formed in the Downtown Los Angeles summer of 2002, from the ashes of Sympathy For The Record Industries press darling five peice rock outfit, Los Cincos. Syncopation band members came and went through the bands 4 to 5 year tenure. The three main fixtures throughout were, Bobby Adams, David Seward Lewis, and Jeremy Szuder. The Band released one full length album under the Sympathy flag, with Jarrett Silberman on guitar, splitting sides with San Diego masterminds GoGoGo Airheart. Shortly after their first release, Syncopation went on to include a barrage of sit in session players, many of whom provided extra layers of guitar, drums, loops, saxaphone, and a whole slew of textured sounds that took the band through until the end of their tenure. Along the way, Syncopation self released a large amount of music that has since then become out of print. Read more on Last.fm.
