The five piece punk rock band from Los Angeles, California, released their first, self titled, album in April 2006 on the record label "White Drugs", which was created by The Bronx, another Los Angeles band, of which two members of The Drips play in. The Drips are: Matt Caughthran and Joby J. Ford, both from The Bronx, Tony Bevilaqua from The Distillers, David Hidalgo Jr. from Suicidal Tendencies and Vincent Hidalgo from Los Villains.
