The Misted Muppet are a psytrance act from Israel. Dagan Israeli (born 1983) and Tal Hassidi (born 1985) met through a mutual friend in 1994, and quickly became experimenting with Goa Trance and Full on sounds. Their only album so far, "From the Legend" (2004) is supposedly a concept album, telling dark stories of Dragons, magic and fantasy, all merged into one continuous piece. The Misted Muppet define their main goal as the expression of thought trough sound: “The art of thinking with sound”, as they define it. Their music is characterized by strong acidic lines, monstrous use of synths, intensiveness and aggressiveness, exploring the art of sound and noise to the max. Read more on Last.fm.
