The Show Ponies is an American indie-grass/old time outfit from Los Angeles, CA. The Show Ponies can best be described as an indie-folk band with Old Tyme Country tendencies. The band started as the combined musical creativity of Clayton Chaney and Andi Schrock. After recording their debut album in June 2011 with a full band, Chaney and Schrock brought on their producer, Jason Harris, as the Ponies' guitar player. Soon after Kevin Brown came on as the Ponies' drummer and Philip Glen joined after recording some fiddle tracks. Read more on Last.fm.
