Hailing from Portland, OR, the Hudson Brothers (with a heavy influence from the Beatles … and other classic artists…) came screaming into the 70’s with a comedic vengeance. They released several albums, headlined a nighttime variety show (one which replaced the Sonny & Cher hour), and also hosted a widely popular children’s show on Saturday mornings called the Hudson Brothers Razzle Dazzle Show (which you can now purchase on DVD). The brothers have announced plans to reunite for a one-off reunion show in late 2008 or 2009, so fans should be prepared for that! Only 300 tickets will be available. You can also visit them on MySpace these days: http://www.myspace.com/thehudsonbrothers Read more on Last.fm.
