The Jerk Offs are a fictional queercore band from Hoboken, New Jersey, featured in the 2008 film Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist. They consist of Dev on lead vocals, Thom on guitar, straight bass player Nick O'Leary, and a drum machine. They are renowned for their energetic performances, including a memorable gig opening for Bishop Allen at Arlene's Grocery, Manhattan. Their only release so far, single Screw That Man, was included as a bonus track on Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist. Despite their growing acclaim they have expressed dissatisfaction with their band name, considering alternatives such as Dickache, Shit Sandwich, Balls Deep, The Tight Ends, and Fistful Of Assholes.
