The Theatre Zombies is a three piece Horror Rock/Pop Punk Band from Stratford, Connecticut. Formed in 2008, the band consists of R.F. Belmont (Vocals/Guitars), Michael Van Buren (Bass/Vocals), and Tommy Transylvania (Drums). Starting with the original goal of sounding somewhere between The Misfits and The Ramones, The Theatre Zombies have created a sound all their own. Their first D.I.Y. album, "The Nighttime Falling" was released in April 2010 and was a collection of their best work at the time. The songs were short, fast, and laced with catchy choruses and tap-your-feet drum beats. This glorified demo would lay the ground work for their later releases. The second album, "The Midnight Run" was officially released in August 2011. The album displays musical growth as the guitars show more skill and the drums are more varied and suited to each song style, along with increased emphasis on the vocals & harmonies. In October of 2012 "Before Daybreak" was officially unleashed on the world, containing a more serious approach lyrically, but still maintaining the catchy pop-punk style of the band's earlier work.
