Vanemõde is an Estonian punk rock band from Tallinn. Their most active period was from 1985 to 1989, but they have reunited on several occasions with different line-ups. The members included Urmas Podnek, Hendrik Sal-Saller, Jaak Arro, Veljo Vingissar, Ivar Liinev, Jüri Roosa, Margus Alviste, Andrus Kerstenbeck, Alo Puustak and Angela Aak.
